One connected system for the work you do. Track inventory, cost jobs right, and keep records your team can trust.

The problem

Spreadsheets lose the thread.

Parts leave the warehouse and end up somewhere. Jobs close without anyone being sure they made money. Someone asks about an asset and the answer is spread across three systems. Korblok connects inventory, work and cost in one record, so looking up a job shows what it actually cost and checking a balance shows how it got there.

Korblok is in active development. The screens on this page are design mockups rather than finished software.

The answers you need, when you need them.

Four capabilities on one record. A number in any of them can be traced back to the transaction that produced it.

Accurate job costs

Know your margin on every job, before it closes and after it bills. Materials, labor, subcontract and overhead land in one place.

Inventory that reconciles

Track stock across locations, bins and vans. When counts are off, the system shows what changed and which transaction moved it.

Work that flows

Schedule jobs, track completion, bill when done. Recurring service generates itself on the cycle you set.

Records that hold up

When an auditor, a customer, or an insurer asks what happened, the answer is in the system with the date and the person attached.

Estimate and actual on the same row.

Every job carries its estimate. Costs land against it as they happen, so the variance is a live number rather than a month end surprise. Sorting by variance is how the jobs that need attention surface.

Built to be trusted

Your data stays connected, not scattered.

Changes are recorded as they happen rather than reconstructed later. Access rules are enforced by the system rather than by training. When a number changes, the record shows exactly what happened and who did it.

Current status

We are working with early teams now.

Korblok is in active development. We are partnering with field service companies, contractors and fleet operations to refine the product. If you are tired of spreadsheets and disconnected tools, let us talk.

Common questions

What is Korblok?

Korblok is operations software from Lethovate Systems. It helps field service companies, contractors, fleet operations, and manufacturers track inventory, cost jobs accurately, and maintain reliable records.

Who is it for?

Teams that do contract work on client sites, whether the job is a four-hour repair or a six-month fit-out: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls, millwright, fabrication, fire protection, fleet maintenance, and equipment rental. If parts, hours, and subcontractors have to land on the right job, Korblok fits.

What if my trade is not on the list?

The list is ten examples, not a boundary. Every one of those businesses runs on the same mechanics: parts move, hours go on jobs, subcontractors get paid, equipment sits somewhere, and the money has to land on the right job. That is what Korblok is built on — and it is why the list can grow. Your cost categories, job types, and naming are yours to set up, and the ledger does not care what trade the parts serve.

Is Korblok available now?

No. It is in active development and not generally available. We are taking on a small number of early access teams who want to shape what it becomes, which means the product will have gaps and you will have a say in which ones close first.

What will it cost?

Pricing is not published yet. We would rather work that out with the first teams running real jobs on it than guess at a number now. Early access teams will know the price before they are ever asked to pay it.

Who owns the data, and can I get it out?

You own it. It is your operational record, not ours. Export is a permanent property of the platform and cannot be withdrawn, downgraded, or moved behind a higher tier. Your inventory, jobs and full history come out whenever you want them, for as long as the account exists and after it closes.

What does it replace?

Usually a spreadsheet for inventory, a second one for job costing, and a shared drive of paperwork. Korblok holds the three in one record so a count, a job, and a cost stay connected.

Tell us what you run. We will show you how Korblok fits.
